My mission is to foster healthier generations by helping moms prioritize their own health and model simple habits that work for real life. 

I’ll help you lose weight and cut your risk for diabetes in half while juggling the demands of busy schedules, work, and parenting… without giving up your favorite foods or spending hours in the gym or kitchen to do it. 

The truth is, to lose weight you have to learn a new way of eating and change habits, and that can be incredibly hard, especially when you’re trying to feed a family.  It’s also why diets fail us – they tell us what to eat, not how to eat. It’s like the old saying: If you give a man a fish, he eats for a day. But if you teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime. 

If you don’t have the right information and systems in place, you’ll end up burnt out, bored with your food, and frustrated with lack of progress… which leads you back to old habits and problems (believe me, I know the cycle!).
